1. Intellectual Property

All e-books, video courses, PDFs, and audio materials sold on this website are the exclusive property of Merry Chinese Teacher. They are for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, copy, or share these materials with third parties. Violation will result in legal action and immediate termination of access.

2. One-on-One Lessons

• Platform: Lessons are conducted via online meeting software (such as Zoom, or Tencent Meeting) as agreed upon booking.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in loss of that class credit.
• Lateness: If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the lesson will be considered delivered and will be charged in full.

3. Disclaimer

Learning outcomes vary by individual. While I provide high-quality instruction, I cannot guarantee specific test scores (e.g., HSK results) or fluency timelines.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
