We take great care to ensure our products and services are of the highest quality. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. E-books & Digital Downloads (PDFs, MP3s, Video Courses)

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded or accessed.

• Exception: If the file is corrupted or technically defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will replace the file immediately. If we are unable to resolve the technical issue, a full refund will be issued.

2. One-on-One Lesson Packages (10-lesson packs)

• Trial Lesson: We highly recommend trying a single trial lesson ($8) first to see if my teaching style suits you.
• Package Refunds: If you purchase a package and have completed 1 or fewer lessons of the package, you may request a refund for the remaining unused lessons (minus the single-lesson rate of $8 per lesson used).
• No Refunds: After you have completed more than 1 lesson from the package, the package is considered non-refundable. However, the remaining lessons can be rescheduled or paused for a later time.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a defective file, please email us at merryxuemei20050722@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We will respond within 48 hours.
